This sewing pattern will show you how to create your very own long legged friend. Choose from either a goose or a flamingo. They're perfectly designed to sit on a shelf with their legs dangling down. 

This pattern is a digital download and is in .PDF format.

Your .PDF download will include both the flamingo and goose patterns, printing instructions, 3 pages of sewing tips, suggested cutting layouts, and a step by step written tutorial along with accompanying full color photographs for each style of plush to help you complete your project.

The pattern includes both a 1/4 inch seam allowance and the exact sewing lines. 

Finished birds will be around 7 in tall, 6 in long, and 3 in wide. Measurements do not include the legs which are 7 in long. 

Tools and Materials You Will Need:

• Hot Pink Minky Fabric ( 9 x 20 in )
• Light Pink Minky Fabric ( 9 x 16 in )
• Black Minky Fabric ( 4.5 x 2.5 in )

• White Minky Fabric ( 9 x 20 in )
• Orange Minky Fabric ( 6.5 x 16 in )

• 10mm Safety Eyes
• Air Soluble Marking Pen
• Matching Thread + Stuffing

+ All other sewing supplies you may need for a regular sewing project including scissors, straight pins, sewing needles, and (optionally) a sewing machine. 



Skill Level:
Beginner - Intermediate (4/10)
This is a good pattern for beginners bordering on intermediate skills. You will require basic plush sewing knowledge and specific skills include sewing opposing curves, top sewing, and hand sewing.
