Hey everyone! I’m excited to announce a new event this year: the Summer Celebration Pack a picnic basket, throw on your swimsuit, and get ready to ...
It's been nearly 12 years since I last used a sewing machine so I was a bit worried if I could manage it. But with patience and lots of pins it was a great experience and I'll keep on making these little bats 🦇
I love love love this little guy!!! I didn't have to watch the video. Your instructions are VERY clear! He's the cutest. I made course of them for my daughter's family. She posted three on Instagram. They are so adorable!!
I ordered 3 patterns, I've only made one so far, the Ray. I made two rays pretty quickly and took them on a trip to meet the real rays. Also I contacted BeeZee before making a purchase to ask how to put safety eyes in and they responded with a detailed and speedy response. Very pleased with everything.
This is my second plushie pattern from BeeZee, and it's just as wonderful as the first (Sitting Kitty). The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. I had trouble turning Bunny's nose gusset, but that's more my skill level (and that I enlarged it 125% making my seam allowances tricky) than a fault with the pattern. I used purple minky and a cotton fabric to make Bunny's contrasting inner paws, ears and tummy.
Make sure you have your minky nap pointing away from the head for the ears, they are so lovely to stroke. My Bunny's ears don't stand up either, though I used fusible interfacing (the cotton took the iron's heat, but the minky would not have.) For the photo I've just got them propped up against the background to show off the butterfly fabric. Next time I would consider the interfacing used in hats, or florist wire turned into a big U shape. I didn't add the whiskers or a nose, but it was from a want of materials (we're in lockdown at the moment), rather than because the instructions were unclear. The pattern rating says it's difficult, but I say have a go!
This was the first pattern I've ever sewn using minky fabric, and I think it's turned out wonderfully. Kitty is just adorable, and the pattern and the tutorial video explain everything really well. I used video for the front legs because it just wasn't lining up, but the trick is to CLIP the corner and then it just magically works! I made Kitty's ears with the nap running down, and I wish I had made them with the nap running upwards, because it's natural to pull gently at her ears to stroke them.
I enlarged Kitty 125% through Adobe Reader (because more Kitty means more plushie goodness), and had no trouble with the seam allowances. I loved this pattern so much I bought BeeZee's Bunny (also adorable). I wish I could have got her a nose, but we're in lockdown and I didn't want to wait.
This is a Christmas present that we ordered early but it got here so fast! Packaging was cute, it was adorable and will be ordering from here again.
I'm an advanced-beginner sewer and had never made a plushie before. With a little help from her video, I was able to learn how to make these! They do take me a long time to make since I am still new, but the pattern and video made it clear and straightforward. Absolutely adore the result!
I absolutely love the pattern! Instructions are very clear. Highly recommend.
I made this cat plush for my friend's birthday and I'm so overjoyed with how it turned out. This is the first stuffed animal I've made, but I do have sewing experience, so reading the pattern and following the instructions was a breeze. I used the fox body for its back so I could make a cat with a white belly and white paws. I also altered the cat tail pattern a bit so it could also have a white tipped tail. I finished it off with pastel to give it a blush and pink toe beans. I'm absolutely in love
This pattern is by far one of my favorites. I’m OBSESSED with making these little guys! The instructions are super clear too
This pattern is super easy to especially for beginner sewers. End product is adorable too!
I was so excited when a purple star bat came available. It arrived quickly, is so soft, and is very well made. One day I hope to get her a friend!
Cutest bat ever! I can't wait to stitch him up
I was so excited to receive these adorable bats~ They are based off some personal characters with one having a special request in design that I'm so thankful for! I could smell them through the package and they still give a wonderful pomegranate scent when you walk near them! <3 10/10 totally in love!
As a total beginner I bought the beginner pattern. Its easy to follow and very cute
